I am the founder, and I am serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gateway Hope Services, LLC. I have a master’s degree from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary (Massachusetts) in Counseling with a concentration in Mental Health, and Marriage and Family Therapy. Currently, I am in the process of acquiring my LMHCA license in the state of Indiana. Performance management and examined and developed a variety of strategies that will impact the growth of the company I have been working as Clinical Mental Health counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Position. Graduated with a dual master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. Professional skills include extensive experience providing culturally sensitive therapy and case management for adults, adolescents, and children including both individuals and It has been my role to support the team members, to improve and manage programming, and to oversee strategic development of this Company.

I am Charles Rwagasore, and i serve as the Program Director at Gateway Hope Services. I have a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Management and experience in Social and Human Services. Proven time management skills and demonstrated capacity to prioritize tasks, excellent people skills, Proven quality of leadership with history of successful supervision of others, completing work in a timely manner. I always ensure that new employees are trained in a timely manner, and their training is updated regularly. Work with the Executive Director and the Clinical Coordinator in assessing clients’ needs and monitoring. clients’ growth and improvement. Be able and flexible in assigning duties to DSP and other contractors and ensure that all daily logs and MAR (Medication Administration Record) are well documented and maintained. Conduct DSPmeetings and prepare related documentation.
Document and submit a monthly report to the Director and work together to enhance the quality and the effectiveness of services. Work closely with the House Manager to document Reportable Events and conduct risk-assessment with the staff and the clients. Preside House Meetings in every assigned setting Serve as on-call Manager on a scheduled rotation and be available to communicate with theOn-call- Executive and the crisis team at any time.
